Excellent Ski Holiday Location
all-inclusive option ski-in ski-out warm boot
I found great value in the all-inclusive option. Delicious meals were available, including lunches on the sunny terrace. A cheesy fondue night. I also found the ski-in ski-out access saved lots of time and energy. A warm boot room kept my equipment dry and comfy.
I thought the check-in process was rather slow. My room wasn't ready until later in the afternoon.

The hotel is situated near the top of the village. Ski-in and ski-out access is available via the 'Tour' chairlift. This made accessing the slopes very easy. The location offered amazing views!!!

The room was always clean and well-kept . I was very pleased. The beds were comfortable, and I had a great view from my window. Daily cleaning ensured a pleasant environment.

the location allowed easy access to the slopes. the drinks were available without limit. our bedroom was quite spacious. the sheets were very comfortable.
communication was not great. we did not really know what was going on. the food times were given at key collection. we were not told that the information looked on tv, so it could be nice if more organisation were implemented.

i found the all inclusive drinks were freely available. the bedroom was spacious. i liked the sheets (they were really soft).
i noticed the lifts were slow at times.

the hotel provides a boot room that leads directly to the ski slope. personalised lockable ski storage is available to guests. the ski access via the 'tour' chairlift is convenient.

small room poor ventilation
The food was acceptable. There was a decent variety each day.
the rooms were a letdown, though. our room was small, especially considering the price. ventilation was poor, and the lighting felt outdated and harsh. there was a constant smell of kitchen exhaust coming from the wc.
